I’ve just recently bought an Audi A1 from Netmiles and the experience was fantastic. Bashir from initial enquiry to point of sale was amazing, he was happy to answer any and all of my questions and even would get back to me outside of typical working hours to accommodate my work schedule. I recently purchased ( 3 weeks ago) a car from Netmiles. When I set out on my search for a new car, I wasn't expecting that I would find it 150 miles and a ferry ride away!!!..so not really possible to pop round for a quick once over. Luckily, the owner Bashir was absolutely fantastic. From our first phone call, through endless emails from me, he answered all my queries/questions promptly. Sent me a close up walk around video, copies of various documents etc. The warranty and breakdown package is also comprehensive. To the point where we were able to come to an agreement, and arrange for a day for me to travel and complete the exchange. I cannot recommend Bashir/Netmiles highly enough. I've been looking for a while for cars, found this reasonably priced Citroen. I had lots of questions of course. The gentleman showing me the car answered honestly mine and my partner's questions even when we asked what could go wrong with the car which unfortunately in other places we got answers such as: " nothing, the MOT was done, if something was wrong it would appear here" which honestly we were more referring to possible causes. We were allowed to take the car for a test drive, which is always a bonus. I couldn't come and get it and asked about delivery options due to the fact that I was close to the area we got it delivered for free with 6 months warranty and fresh MOT. The transaction was simple without any issues that could potentially appear in a situation like this. Definitely, I would recommend them.17/01/2024

I managed to view the vehicle at a time that worked for me and Bashir was very accommodating. I drove the vehicle on my own and there was no hard sell. The service book was provided for me to review and make my own judgement. There was a great deal of trust put in the deal and at no point did i feel the rug would be pulled beneath my feel.
